Terms and Conditions

This document describes the terms and conditions of the Golden Gate Petroleum Rewards Program for Golden Gate Rewards (“Rewards”). The Program may be modified, revised, or terminated by Golden Gate Petroleum at any time with or without notice, and is subject to our Terms of Use and applicable governmental requirements.

Rewards

Fuel Purchase Discount

By entering your phone number or scanning your in-app barcode for fuel purchases, cardholders may receive up to two cents ($0.02) rollback from the posted retail pump price for the purchase of each gallon of auto diesel fuel or gasoline (up to 50 gallons).

Program Rewards

The Program provides select loyalty reward points for fuel purchases and merchandise purchased at a Store when the phone number or barcode is properly presented upon payment at the pump or in the Store. Reward Points may be used for Program offerings, including but not limited to the option to redeem Reward Points to enter sweepstakes or apply to in-store transactions (Pay with Reward Points), excluding alcohol, tobacco, fuel, and lottery. In addition, certain qualifying purchases may earn Punch Rewards that can be redeemed after the necessary total Punch Rewards are obtained for merchandise at the Store.

Reward Points

Reward Points may be earned on fuel and merchandise purchases at the Store upon proper presentation of the Rewards App or by using Alternate ID (Phone Number).

• Reward Points for Fuel Purchases. One (1) Reward Point is earned for each gallon of fuel purchased.
• Reward Points for in-Store Merchandise Purchases. Two (2) Reward Points are earned for each dollar paid for the purchase of eligible in-Store merchandise.
• Exemptions. Reward Points may not be earned for purchases of certain in-Store merchandise, including gift cards, lottery tickets, alcohol products, phone cards, prepaid cards, stamps, money orders, and balance transfers or payments of balances on credit cards or as otherwise prohibited by law.
• Bonus Reward Points. Bonus Reward Points may be earned on certain days or for eligible promotional items.
• Reward Points Expiration. Each Reward Point automatically expires one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the Reward Point was earned for the eligible fuel or in-Store merchandise purchase.
• Tracking Reward Points. Reward Points may be identified through the Golden Gate Rewards mobile application. Additional communication and tracking preferences may be selected through the Golden Gate Rewards mobile application.

Punch Card Rewards

Punch Card Rewards provide one (1) Punch Card punch for each eligible purchase of in-Store merchandise. Punch Rewards are an electronic method of tracking eligible purchases (“Digital Punch Card”) and function similarly to a buy-10-get-one-free paper punch card. Punch Rewards are tracked electronically and added to the cardholder’s Club Card account. When a cardholder has obtained ten (10) Punch punches or the number specified on the digital punch card, they will earn a digital Punch reward redeemable for the applicable in-Store merchandise (“Punch reward”).

• Digital Punch Cards. Use Digital Punch Cards for eligible in-Store merchandise to earn a Punch and a Punch Reward through the Golden Gate Rewards mobile application.
• Redemption of Digital Punch Cards. Digital Punch Cards with a Punch reward may be redeemed in the Store by presenting the Club Card at the register on the next purchase of the eligible in-Store merchandise after the Punch reward is earned.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Club Card: Lost, stolen, or damaged Club Cards may be replaced by obtaining a replacement Club Card at the Store and following the replacement process for Club Cards through the Golden Gate Rewards mobile application.
